Idon't know about you, but I've been fighting a
losing battle against weight gain now for nearly 20 years, ever since my late 20s. I've read every diet book out
there and tried most of the diets, too! I've lost weight, and gained weight again. I've tried celebrity diets, low
fat diets, low carb diets, good diets, bad diets and insane diets, and finally I've come to the conclusion that if
I'm going to be losing it at all, I'm going to be losing it my way!
